This is an in-person baby shower for first time Muscogee (Creek) parents. Must currently be pregnant with your first child or have an infant ages 12 months or younger by September 27th. Eligibility Muscogee (Creek) citizen (Either the child or one of the parents) Proof of pregnancy (Doctor's note, health record, WIC Folder) OR Proof of infant's date of birth (Doctor's note, health record, birth certificate) **Child must be 12 months or younger by September 27th Limited to the first 75 registrants. Registration is not complete until the Eligibility documentation is received. These items must be submitted by August 13th through one of these options:
