(Youth Visionary)

As a student she has shown her leadership on the softball field, classroom, and in the community. She is the student council president and a member of the Tahlequah youth leadership team. She has organized walks to bring awareness to social issues such as gun violence and 911 memorial walk. She tutors elementary students in reading and volunteers for the humane society. Last summer she was selected to participate in the NNAYI in Washington D.C.

Sydne has made great strides to uplift and empower indigenous communities throughout the state. As part of Indigenize OU, she was awarded the Allyship award from the Black Student Association, a testament to her ability to build bridges and community. She was also selected to participate in a prestigious philosophy summit, which is testament to her ability to serve her community as a role model for young indigenous women making change.

Kris is an excellent leader and role model for young people in his Wetumka city and Indian community. He has a hand in all of the MNYS goals in some way. He is a part of several school and community organizations such as Key Club, Beta Club, President of Native American Club, School Sports, Chairman of Wetumka N8V Youth Council, 2018 Wes Watkis Vo-Tech Digital Media Student of the Year, National Honor Society, and 2019 Wetumka High School Class President.

Darrell is the current Speaker for the Mvskoke Nation Youth Council. Darrell's passion is Mvskoke churches and he is very involved with them. He enjoys visiting other churches and learning about the traditional ways. He is a resource for other youth who have questions and want to learn about Mvskoke churches. His knowledge on Mvskoke hymns is unparalleled by any other youth and he is willing to teach anyone who is willing to learn.

(Old Who Helps the Young)

Terra is an amazing young mother of five beautiful daughters. These young ladies have an excellent role model in their mom and they stay just as active as she does. She has faced numerous barriers throughout her lifetime but with dedication and perseverance, she has been able to reach her goals. In 2015 Terra was named one of NCAIED's 40 Under 40 and in 2017 she was awarded Mvskoke Women's Leadership's Mother of the Year.

Julian is an accomplished musician and entertainer how spreads his positive message to all people in the nation to become involved as a citizen and to become a positive role model for our youth. He is well respected by his peers, youth, and elders for his passion for living life in a meaningful way.He is an active leader for advocacy for youth as a leader in many areas of the Mvskoke community, ceremonial grounds, and churches.

As an education professional and active member within the Native American community, Rochell devotes much of her time to her students and to her community. The inter-city Native youth of OKC are at a disadvantage because most often they experience a disconnection with their heritage and tribal communities. Through her participation and advocacy, they are given the opportunity to learn their heritage and develop a sense of identity.

Eric is an agent of change by recognizing a need to create space and opportunities for young people to develop into self-sufficient adults. He serves in many capacities in his community that play a significant role in sustainable change and positive outcomes for young people. He has taken a leading role in creating a youth council for the Native youth of Wetumka, he was not paid to do this, simply making sure they had a place for their voices to be heard.
